Mark L. Fowler is a Washington State attorney and the founder of the firm. With sophisticated experience built on more than 20 years of practice, Mr. Fowler is known for finding successful solutions to highly complicated commercial, bankruptcy, real estate, and litigation matters.
He represents local, national, and international clients in a variety of industries including software, SaaS, real estate development, and real estate sales. Mr. Fowler has extensive experience with contracts including negotiating all forms of corporate commercial contracts and real estate development contracts to litigating breach of contract actions.
Mr. Fowler’s effective handling of difficult bankruptcy issues is built on his years of experience in the District of Arizona, District of Oregon, and Washington State.
He has spent may years serving as a corporate general counsel in the SaaS industry. He continues to serve as an outsourced general counsel to several national and international clients.
Mr. Fowler is a member of the Washington State Bar, the State Bar of Arizona, the U.S. Federal Court, Districts of Oregon, Arizona and the Eastern District of Texas. He is originally from Texas but has spent his legal career in Arizona and Washington. He now resides in Olympia, Washington with his wife and two children. He enjoys scuba diving and exploring the pacific northwest in his Jeep.
